Creating Your Account

When opening an account with us, please ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms and conditions.

Our Intellectual Property

Every element of this website and our social media accounts its imagery, text, designs, graphics, software and overall presentation is either owned by PPF-Online. No part of our site may be copied, adapted, or reproduced without our prior written approval via email.

Respectful & Responsible Use

We take pride in maintaining a professional and secure environment for all users. You must not:

Harass, defraud, or infringe upon the rights of others.

Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Attempt to compromise our site’s security or data integrity.

Publish defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Ussing another person’s account without their permission.

Failure to comply may result in restricted or revoked access and your account being deleted.

Sale of Goods

We specialise in supplying bespoke pre-cut PPF kits and associated PPF accessories. While we take every care to ensure product descriptions are accurate and up to date as possible, slight variations may occur. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for the purpose.

Payments

We accept major credit (NOT AMEX) and debit cards as well as BAC’s payments. By providing your payment details you accept the terms and conditions and you authorise us to collect the stated amount at checkout. All prices are quoted in GBP and inclusive of VAT and delivery costs unless otherwise noted. Orders may be declined or cancelled if payment is refused or suspected to be fraudulent. (delivery cost is added at checkout)

Delivery & Shipping

Timelines: UK standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. International delivery times may vary.

Costs: Calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes for international shipments are your responsibility.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address. We cannot accept liability for delays or losses caused by incorrect details, if your parcel is returned back to us due to incorrect delivery address being supplied at time of order. You will incur a shipping fee to re-ship the goods back out.

Risk & Title: Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

Cancellations & Returns for Bespoke Orders

As each order is a bespoke made kit:

Cancellation Window: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided production has not yet begun please email – info@ppf-online.com with your order number.

Production Notification: You will receive an email once your order has been put into production and completed email will be sent once your order has been shipped, When your order enters production at this point, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Faults or Damage: If your order is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, please notify us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate, covering return shipping if necessary.

Change of Mind: Once production has started, a change of mind are not accepted and a re-fund will not be given.

Return: if a return is agreed with PPF-Online (this will be looked at on a case to case basis) a returns form will be sent to you.

Third-Party Goods & Services

From time to time, our site may feature goods or services provided by third party companies. We have no control over these and accept no liability for their quality, accuracy, or terms. Please review their policies before purchase.

Any links to other websites are provided purely for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting these sites is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our team will be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Loss of profit, revenue, or data

Any loss arising from your use or inability to use our site or products

Our total liability for direct losses will not exceed the purchase price of the goods or services concerned.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our site.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales under non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability

If any clause in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply in full.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and conditions to reflect changes in our operations or in legal requirements. Significant updates will be communicated via email or site notifications (a band across the top of the screen will be visible). Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance.

Important Notice

While our Paint Protection Film is manufactured to the highest standards and designed to be safely removable, there is always a possibility that paintwork may be damaged during removal. This can include, but is not limited to paint lifting, chipping, clear coat removal, or discolouration.

These risks are increased on vehicles with:

Previous paint repairs or resprays

Aged, worn, or degraded paintwork

Paint surfaces that were improperly prepared before application

Acknowledgement of Risk

By purchasing and/or installing our Pre-Cut PPF Kits, the end user acknowledges and accepts that:

PPF Online is not responsible for any paint damage, clear coat lifting, or surface issues that occur during or after the removal of the film.

Paint damage can occur even on factory-original paint in good condition.

The condition of the paint before installation and the method of removal are key factors in whether damage may occur.

Limitation of Liability

PPF Online, its employees, and agents shall not be held liable for:

Any costs associated with repainting, refinishing, or repairing surfaces after film removal.

Any claims, damages, or losses arising from removal of the film by the end user or any third party.

Customer Confirmation

By purchasing and using our PPF, the customer confirms that they:

Understand the risks associated with PPF installation and removal.

Accept full responsibility for any damage that may occur during removal.

Release PPF Online from all liability related to paint damage caused by film removal.
